Q. What exactly is the Inspired Virtual Closet?
A. The Inspired Virtual Closet is a digital version of your wardrobe, curated and organized by Edie Styles. It’s like having a personal stylist in your pocket — complete with outfits styled for you, guidance on how to wear them, and recommendations for what to add to keep your closet fresh and functional.
Q. How does the process work?
A. You, or an Edie Styles team member (if local to San Antonio or Austin, TX) upload photos of your clothing into our easy-to-use styling app. Our team will digitally organize everything. From there, we create styled outfits tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
Q. What if I don’t have time (or don’t want) to upload my clothes?
A. If you are local to the San Antonio or Austin areas, Edie Style team members will come to your home and photograph your wardrobe.
Q. Do I need a big wardrobe for this to work?
A. Not at all. Many clients are surprised by how many new looks can be created from what they already own. The Virtual Closet works beautifully with both minimal wardrobes and large collections.
Q. Will you tell me what to get rid of?
A. Yes — but gently. We’ll guide you on which items are outdated, don’t fit, or aren’t serving you. You’ll always make the final decision.
Q. Do you recommend new pieces?
A. Yes! If your wardrobe needs a refresh, we’ll suggest versatile, intentional pieces that elevate your style. All recommendations are shoppable directly through the app.
Q. How many outfits do I get?
A. Depending on your program, you’ll receive anywhere for 4 to 16 outfits per month.
Q. What if my style changes?
A. The Virtual Closet is designed to evolve with you. We can update outfits, swap in new pieces, and refine your looks as your lifestyle or preferences shift.
Q. How do I use my closet day-to-day?
A. Simply log in, and you’ll see curated looks styled for you — whether for work, travel, speaking engagements, or casual weekends. Think of it as your personal lookbook, ready at a tap.
Q. Is this just for special occasions?
A. Nope! This is for everyday confidence. Whether you’re dressing for work, weekends, vacations, or events, you’ll have ready-to-wear options that make getting dressed effortless.
Q. What if I’m not tech-savvy?
A. The app is intuitive and easy to use, and we provide step-by-step support. Most clients say it feels just like scrolling Instagram, but instead of inspiration from strangers, it’s your own clothes, tailored to YOUR style!

A. Absolutely. Clients tell us it saves them hours of decision-making, reduces stress, prevents impulse shopping, and helps them consistently show up looking polished and confident.
Commitment & Membership FAQs
Q. Is there a minimum commitment?
A. Yes. For the Concierge Onboarding, we require a 6-month commitment.
Q. Can I cancel my membership?
A. Yes, with notice. All memberships (Signature, VIP and Elite) require a 30-day written notice to cancel. This allows us to wrap up your styling work smoothly and ensure you still receive value until the end of your membership.
Q. What happens if I need to pause due to travel, work, or personal reasons?
A. We understand life gets busy! You may pause your membership for up to 2 months. During this time, your styling services and communication will be on hold, and your membership will resume once you’re ready to continue. This way, you don’t lose the value of your investment, and we can pick up right where we left off.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. Because of the time and personalization invested, we don’t offer refunds once a membership has begun. However, we do everything possible to ensure you love the process and feel supported every step of the way.
Q. Can I upgrade or change programs?
A. Yes! Many clients start with one membership (like the Signature) and upgrade to a more comprehensive experience (like the VIP or Elite).
